Prior to joining ICP Infrastructure, Ida worked as an HR assistant at Cargill while completing her Bachelor's degree. During this time, she worked with employer branding, employee engagement and leadership development.

Ida holds a Bachelor of Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, and Leadership from Kristiania University College and is currently process of completing her master's degree Organizational Psychology and Leadership Kristiania University College.
