ICP Infrastructure and Masdar sign MoU on green energy infrastructure in Europe

ICP Infrastructure today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC – Masdar, the UAE’s clean energy powerhouse. The MoU is aimed at exploring partnership and investment opportunities in green energy infrastructure in Europe, including potential collaborations in renewables in the Nordics.

This MoU marks the beginning of what we believe will be a mutually beneficial partnership, allowing us to leverage each other's strengths and explore new opportunities within green energy together,” said Christian Rynning-Tønnesen, CEO of ICP Infrastructure.

Masdar Chief Executive Officer Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi said: “Today's announcement builds on the strong bilateral relationship between the UAE and Norway, which is firmly rooted in a shared legacy of harnessing natural resources to pioneer clean energy. This agreement lays the foundations for our future collaboration with ICP Infrastructure in driving the energy transition forward in Europe and the Nordic region.”
